Updated Kent Online Safety Guidance: Dealing With Complaints by Parents or Carers on Social Networking Sites #esafety

The Kent Area Education Officers (AEOs) and Education Safeguarding Team have updated the  ‘Dealing With Complaints against Schools and Settings by Parents or Carers on Social Networking Sites‘  for September 2017.

The document contains:

  • Updated guidance for leaders and managers to assist them in with responding to complaints made on social media sites by parents/carers
  • Updated template letters
  • New flowchart
  • Information on legislation
  • Suggested preventative action
  • ‘Dealing With Complaints against Schools and Settings by Parents or Carers on Social Networking Sites’
